1. About these terms

These terms of use govern your use of strativeritas.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by StratiVeritas Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17200455, registered office 100 Menzies Road, St Leonards-on-Sea, TN38 9BB, United Kingdom. You can reach us at enquiries@strativeritas.com.

These terms cover the website only. If you buy or subscribe to one of our products, a separate written agreement will govern that, and where the two conflict, that agreement wins.

2. Using this website

We make the site available free of charge, for information about our company and products. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

You are responsible for making sure that everyone who accesses the site through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.

3. Products in development

Several products described on this site are still in development and are not yet available to buy or use. Anything marked In development is a statement of what we are building, not a product you can obtain today.

At the date of these terms, CollabSpace and StratiCoach are the products available to customers. Every other product described on this site — including Receptionist, CallDesk, CallDesk Home, NoSilo Talent, Helix Workforce Planning, HomeGuard, Ring, QuietPods and StratiWatch — is in development.

Descriptions of products in development set out our current intentions. Features, names, pricing, platforms and timing may all change, and we may decide not to release a product at all. Nothing on this site is a commitment that a particular product will be released, will be released by a particular date, or will have a particular feature. Please do not make purchasing, hiring or investment decisions in reliance on a product that has not launched.

Screens, mock-ups and illustrations on this site are for demonstration and may not reflect the finished product. Any figures shown in them are illustrative, not real customer data.

4. Enquiries and demos

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and does not oblige us to supply anything or to respond. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; it is an invitation to get in touch.

When you send an enquiry, please give accurate information and do not impersonate anyone else. We handle what you send us in line with our Privacy Policy.

If you send us an unsolicited idea, suggestion or feedback about our products, we may use it without any obligation to you and without payment. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential or want to be paid for.

5. Intellectual property

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this site and everything published on it — text, design, graphics, logos, animations, code and product names. These are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal or internal business use, and share links to the site. You may not otherwise copy, adapt, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission, and you may not remove or alter any copyright or trade mark notice. Automated scraping of the site, and use of its content to train machine learning models, are not permitted.

"StratiVeritas", "CollabSpace", "StratiCoach", "NoSilo" and "Helix" are names used by StratiVeritas Limited. Other names and marks on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or for any harmful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system
  • Introduce malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage software or hardware
  • Attack the site by denial-of-service or any similar means
  • Send bulk, automated or unsolicited messages through our enquiry form
  • Copy or harvest data from the site by automated means, including scraping
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source of any part of the site beyond what the law expressly permits

Some of these are criminal offences under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We report serious incidents to law enforcement, and will cooperate with them in identifying those responsible.

7. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to make sure the information on this site is accurate when published, but it is provided for general information only. It does not amount to advice you should rely on, and we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete or current.

We do not warrant that the site will be secure, free from bugs, or free from viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own device and security software.

Where the site links to a third-party website or resource, that link is provided for information only and does not imply that we endorse it. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss you suffer from using them.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so fairly, lawfully, and in a way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw permission to link at any time.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to the site
  • We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss
  • We will not be liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the site, including any description of a product that has not launched
  • We will not be liable for any loss caused by a virus or other harmful material you encounter through the site or a site linked from it

If you are a business user, our total liability to you in connection with the website, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to £100.

We only use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please read them — they form part of your use of this site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time by updating this page. Check it when you use the site, as the version in force is the one published at the time of your visit. The date at the top shows when we last made a change.

12. Governing law

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
