Accessibility Statement
1. Our commitment
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. That means you should be able to navigate it with a keyboard alone, use it with a screen reader, zoom to 200% without content breaking, and read it comfortably whether you prefer a light or dark background.
Accessibility is not a box we tick once. If something here does not work for you, we would rather hear about it than not.
2. How accessible this site is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We believe most of the site meets that standard, but we have not yet had it independently audited, so we describe it as partially conformant — some parts may not yet fully meet the standard.
3. Known issues
We are aware of the following, and are working on them:
- Some decorative background animations and canvas graphics are visual only. They are hidden from assistive technology and carry no information, but they may be distracting for some users.
- Some product illustrations are rendered as animated graphics rather than text, so their content is not available to a screen reader. The surrounding text explains the same points.
- Colour contrast in a small number of secondary labels may fall short of 4.5:1 in one of the two themes.
- The site has not yet been formally tested end-to-end with JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver.
If you rely on assistive technology and hit a barrier, email us and we will provide the information you need in a different format — plain text, large print, or over the phone — and prioritise a fix.
4. What we have done
- Semantic HTML with landmark regions, so screen readers can navigate by heading and section
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element, and full keyboard operability including the navigation menus and the cookie dialog
- A light and a dark theme, both designed for readable contrast, following your device's appearance setting
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting — animations stop if your system asks for reduced motion - Text that reflows rather than breaking when zoomed or viewed on a narrow screen
- Form fields with properly associated labels and clear, text-based error messages
- Accessible names on icon-only buttons
5. Feedback and contact
If you find a problem, or need content in an alternative format, contact enquiries@strativeritas.com. Please tell us the page address and what went wrong.
We aim to reply within 5 working days.
6. Enforcement
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces the accessibility requirements of the Equality Act 2010. If you are unhappy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
This statement was prepared on 15 August 2026 and applies to strativeritas.com. It is based on our own assessment of the site rather than an external audit.
